VinHome Tastings has a very simple pricing structure. The first part of the cost is the consultation fee of $150. This covers every service aspect from start to finish except for the cost of the wines. The cost of the wines for the tasting is the second part of the charge. These are charged at a reimbursement basis.

Depending on the wine theme that you choose, the cost of the wine for that event will vary. The number of people at the event will also affect the number of bottles needed.

Example: A Malbec tasting for 6 people
Total charge= (fee) + (cost of the theoretical wines)
Malbec Tasting= (150)+ (12+15+25+30)
Total=$232

 The variance in the cost of the tastings comes from the theme that you choose. Different regions of the wine world command different prices. For example, a malbec tasting will be cheaper in relation to a Napa cabernet tasting because the wines are so differently priced in the markets, with malbec being between 50 to 75 percent less than cost of Napa cabernet.  All wine prices are charged on a reimbursement basis only, so that you are getting the wines for the same price as you would buy them at the store, but without the hassle of searching through a sea of wine to find the great examples.
